Something positive for the Community of Fairfield Bay-Regular Prayer
SITG stands for Standing in the Gap Ministry in Fairfield Bay. One of the ministries of Standing in the Gap, an outreach of Creating Futures, is to pray for the community of Fairfield Bay. We pray for community leaders including government leaders of Fairfield Bay, Community Club, and businesses in Fairfield Bay. We also pray in regard to any prayer requests that come our way.
At a minimum we pray on Tuesdays 4:30pm-5:30pm and Saturdays 5:30pm-6:30pm.
Location: 130 Village Pl, Suite 1-F, Fairfield Bay in the Towne Center. Located below the Village Market and next to ATV Encounters. Parking is at the upper level.
All are welcomed to join with us in prayer.
What Do We Pray About?
The following is some of the topics that we normally pray about when we meet for prayer:
A. Pray for wisdom and godly decisions by City Government leaders.
B. Pray for wisdom and godly decisions by Community Club leaders.
C. Pray if there is any corruption that it be exposed within City Government or the Community Club.
D. Pray that all leaders make decision based upon what is best for the community of Fairfield Bay, not what may be best for them.
E. Pray for entities like the Hart Center, Conference Center, Cobblestone Hotel, etc.
F. Pray for businesses to have divine wisdom when they have to make business decisions and that their business will prosper.
G. Pray for local churches.
H. When we become aware of issues/challenges within Fairfield Bau we left them up to the Lord and ask for wisdom on how we should pray.
I. Pray for various individuals in the community whose names continue to come up in the community.
J. Pray against evil, ungodly behavior, inappropriate disunity, dishonesty, deception, wrong motives.
K. Pray that truth and righteousness will reign.
L. Pray that Christians will manifest the character of Jesus.
M. Pray that individuals will repent when they do evil.
N. Prayer for a move of God in Fairfield Bay.
N. Pray on how God wants us involved in the community.
O. Pray for America.
P. Pray over prayer requests that come our way.

Standing in the Gap does much more than just prayer for Fairfield Bay. Standing in the Gap also believes there are many more things that can be done to benefit Fairfield Bay than just prayer. It also believes there are things done that do more harm than good for the community of Fairfield Bay.
